The Basset Hound Shipping Policy

1. General Information

 

This policy applies to all products purchased through The Basset Hound Shop. We partner with global print-on-demand and dropshipping services to ensure the highest quality Basset Hound goods.

 

2. Order Processing

 

  • What is it? This is the time it takes for our fulfilment partners (like Prodigi) to print, prepare, and package your custom Basset products.

  • Timeframe: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed.

  • Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons (like Christmas, get those Basset cards early!).

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

 

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping 3-5 business days. This is our most common option for domestic orders.

Due to the high costs associated with international shipping and import tax, we currently do not offer international shipping. 

However, A Note on International Shipping: We do our best to ensure timely delivery on anything coming into the country internationally, but please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

4. Shipments, Tracking, and Multiple Packages

 

  • Tracking: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking will become active within Insert 24–48 hours.

  • Multiple Shipments: Due to our print-on-demand model, items may be produced and shipped from different facilities. If you order multiple products (e.g., a card and a mug), they may arrive in separate packages on different days, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

 

5. Damage and Loss

 

  • Damaged Items: If your Basset treasures arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at thebassethoundshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work with our fulfillment partners to replace the item as quickly as possible.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows the package as lost, please contact us. We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
